Home management · Prosper & Celina, Texas
Cleaning, pest, lawn, pool, water. Every recurring service on your property, handled by one company. You stop scheduling, stop chasing, stop being the one who remembers. The house just runs.
What we run
Bi-weekly or weekly. The same crew each visit, scored after every clean, with problems fixed before you notice them.
Treated through the season and timed to the weather rather than a fixed calendar. Included, not an upsell.
Treatment, irrigation function, and watering-day compliance. Scope depends on what your HOA already covers, which is why it differs by community.
Weekly service with equipment monitoring, safety-gate checks, and a photo record of every visit.
Salt delivered and filled, settings verified, brine tank checked for bridging. That last one is the quiet failure almost nobody catches at home.
A recurring walkthrough of the systems that fail expensively, with a short written report and photos of anything worth watching.
How it starts
Ninety minutes, in person, with a home service advisor. Filter sizes, equipment brands, where the main water shutoff is, gate codes, which rooms nobody enters, the plants that do not get moved, and the vendors you already trust and want to keep.
You get your first Home Health Report the same day. After that, every vendor who comes to your property is briefed before they arrive, and you stop being the one who explains things.
Why we stay close
Most home service companies drive forty minutes between jobs and price that windshield time into your invoice. They also send whoever is free that day, because the route changes constantly.
We build a route for each service inside each community. Cleaning has its standing day. Pool has its own. Lawn has another. What matters is that every crew works your neighborhood and nowhere else that day, and the people cleaning your kitchen have done it nineteen times. They know where the dog stays and which room is off limits.
01
Prosper · Denton County
The HOA does not maintain your front yard here, so lawn care is a full-property service rather than a partial one.
02
Prosper · Collin County
Nine hundred acres and roughly eighteen hundred homes. Tight enough that one crew can hold a full day here without leaving the community.
03
Celina · Collin County
Your dues already cover front-yard mowing, edging, and fertilization. We do not bill you again for work the HOA is already doing.
The first twenty homes get locked pricing and direct input on how the service runs. We take a limited number in each community, because a route that stretches is a route that stops working.
